Stéphane Gamache est un vétéran du Royal 22ᵉ Régiment (R22R) des Forces armées canadiennes, où il a acquis une expertise notable dans les domaines tactiques et de la formation.
Après sa carrière militaire, il a fondé Tacti-Code, une entreprise spécialisée dans les formations en auto-défense, sécurité et tactiques opérationnelles.
En plus de son rôle de PDG chez Tacti-Code, Stéphane est Maître-Instructeur certifié MIIDTP et instructeur en usage de la force. Il détient également une ceinture violette en jiu-jitsu brésilien (BJJ) et est instructeur en arts martiaux mixtes (MMA). Ces qualifications lui permettent d’offrir des formations complètes et adaptées aux professionnels de la sécurité ainsi qu’au grand public.
